- These shims are made in the US from high-quality plastic.
- Stackable shims are made in very fine thicknesses to allow small, precise increments of leveling or aligning.
- Multiple shims can be stacked to achieve shimming tolerances down to 1/32”.
- Grove Shims’ stack shims can be used for many applications including curtain walls, window walls, aluminum, windows, & glass.

Plastic U-Shaped Shims
- Typically withstanding ten tons of compressed force, lightweight plastic U-shaped shims are designed to fit around bolts and anchors.
- Often used for aligning windows and curtain walls.
- The rounded shape allows greater flexibility in aligning the plastic U shims with no protruding corners.
- Offered in eight sizes as well as four color-coded thicknesses.
- Ideal for the Precast, Tilt-Up, and Glass industries.

Plastic Horseshow Shims
- Plastic horseshoe shims are shaped to fit around a bolt or anchor.
- Offered in two styles (3″x4″ and 4″x6″), with nine color-coded thicknesses.
- Ideal for the Precast, Tilt-Up, and Glass industries.
- Frequently used during installation of storefronts, such as in applications where the shim is placed vertically.
- Supplied bulk packed in boxes.

Key Slot Shims
- Key slot shims are shaped to snap into place around a 7/16” bolt with a restricted slot to keep them from sliding off a bolt or anchor when hung vertically.
- Ideal for the Precast, Tilt-Up, and Glass industries.
- Plastic key slot shims are offered in three color-coded thicknesses.

Plastic Wedge Shims
- Wedge shims and tapered wedge shims are easy-to-use for leveling and aligning dead loads.
- Designed for easy insertion where installation is required, especially where the object being shimmed is installed first and then shimmed.
- U-shaped wedge shims are sized to fit around a 1/2″ bolt or anchor point.
- Ideal for Glass and Windows & Doors industry applications.

Plastic Flat Shim
- These plastic flat plate shims are for use where heavy loads are set on top of the solid plastic shim, often permanently.
- Microgrid flat plate shims are available with precisely textured surfaces for stacking with increased slip-resistance.
- Ideal for tilt-up construction, precast concrete elements, masonry blocks, and heavy machinery industry applications.
