Shipping Carriers

  • Canada: Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx (local delivery available in Manitoba)

  • United States: UPS, FedEx, USPS

  • Mexico: Freight partners for commercial shipments (custom quotes available)

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Mexico: 7–14 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days to major centers (where available).

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method.
For bulk or pallet orders, freight quotes are available upon request.

Freight & Bulk Orders

Large or bulk orders may ship by freight. Pricing depends on pallet count, weight, destination, and delivery type. Contact us for a custom quote.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, delayed, or lost, contact us within 48 hours at info@wearingwilliams.com or 204-786-8881, and we will assist with a claim or replacement.

Hazmat & Shipping Restrictions

Some products (sealants, foams, adhesives) may be restricted due to hazardous material regulations and may require ground shipping only.

Customs & Duties

For shipments to the United States or Mexico, any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
